My Memories.

This are my memories. Nothing has to be said.There is a other year ahead. Wonder what it brings.I do look back and can say,it was a year of changes.I hope all will be well  and peaceful. Happy New Year to you all.

Christmas at Evie and Jim.

Our Christmas party at Evie and Jim was grand.The kids had fun, the food was great and it was a joy to be together.Jim was saying how many Christmas have I spend with you. Turned out about 42. What a lot of memories. I saw my grand children back in memories,. Then when my children where home.They where talking tonight about the standing rib roast we used to have. But all that stopped when the kids came around. We went to simple meals so you could enjoy one a other. Happy New Year every one.

Puzzle.

This is what I did all day Christmas, and finished it today with a neck and back pain. But it was fun. Three pieces where missing Evie. It is good for the mind and time goes by fast.

Christmas 2012.

When I woke up this Christmas morning I saw the fur tree in the front of my house like it was coated with sugar. Beautiful. The rest of the pictures are at Nan and Joe's Christmas Eve.It was a small gathering but very nice. I love to be with the young generation. I can learn from them and they inspire me. Wedding Dress shopping.

Many faces of Kristy trying on wedding dresses. She looked great in all of them and we are not showing her dress. But does she not look like a beautiful bride.It was fun Kris, now we are waiting for a date. Love you.

Graduation.

We had our Graduation from balance class today. It was a 8 day course and very helpful.Our trainer brought her two dogs in, she has talked about them in class and they are the cutest and well behaved dogs. And they do not shed. I could fall in love with them. I also made a big step today and had Life line put in my house. It is a other step down. But I have to reason with my self.

Concert.

All the Churches in our town had there yearly  Christmas Concert last night. It was one of the best concerts. And Evie even you did not feel good, you did a great enjoyable job. It gets you in the mood for the Holidays.

I'm beginning to look a lot like, Mother every where I go.,I am widening at the rear, I'm shorter every year,And i'm afraid to walk in the snow.I'm beginning to look a lot like Mother.Soon my hair will gray. It is startling thing to see, Mother looking out at me. From the mirror each day.I;m wearing sweaters with pictures of birdies and bunnies. And Happy Holiday scenes. I can't remember the last time I shopped for a pair of designer jeans.I a;m beginning to look a lot like Mother, every where I go. The years have begun to tell; My ankles began to swell;I got glasses when my eyes began to go.I'm beginning to look a lot like Mother; soon the aches will start.But I hope that what people see, when they see my Mom in me. Is a bit of her hearth,Such a happy  hearth.

A trip to Rome.

That means Rome N.Y .WE went to the Beeches in Rome today.A great luncheon in a beautiful place and then a show. After that on the way home we stopped and drove  through a light show on Onondaga Lake Park.That was out of this world.

The Oakridge Boys.

We went to hear the Oakridge Boys in Niagara Falls Canada  yesterday. They where great. They sang for two hours strait, no intermission.Their voices where as good as ever.And Barb York was great company.A other good trip.

Sally and Charley.

Wonder what Lucy is thinking of the two new pony's Dave said they have been use to children so Lucy can now learn to ride.Also Freddy is getting ready for that. When the two pony's got in the fence they kept on running all over and the three sheep where following them. What a joy to see.I think we shall have a Christmas song. 1 Horse 2 cows 2 pony's 3 donkey's 3 sheep' and a Hound dog.

Thanksgiving 2012

What a great Thanksgiving day. The weather was great. The kids walked without a coat and short sleeves. The nice after dinner walk made it special. And the kids had a great time. Thanks Anna for the crafts. You know how to make it special. And Evie and Jim great dinner, it was a lot of work but you made it look like nothing. Nice day to remember.
