Why I liked Savanah.

I liked Savanah because of its History.Gen.James E Oglethorpe and his settlers founded Savanah in 1733.He lay ed it out in public squares.On the bluff of the Savanah's river a crossroad of trade with England. History is all over the City.River street Waving Girl is a romantic character.First African Baptist Church was established in 1775 .Birthplace of Juliette Gordon Low was born there in 1821. She was the founder of the Girl Scouts in the U.S.A.The Bonaventure Cemetery Has been there from the mid 19 Century.The Cathedral of St John the Baptist was completed in 1896After a fire it was rebuild in 1899.Factors walk, a row of buildings along river bluff was used for brokers such as cotton merchants.Then the Legends of Savanah Ghosts. We went at night on Ghost hunting tour. We saw ghosts left and right.So much to see and hear . The Old Trolley tour was great to find out the History of Savanah.
