Henry's first Birthday Party.

We visit Henry on his first Birthday party today. What a nice time of year to be able to sit outside. The party was very interesting and I have to give Anna a big compliment on all the food she made that Henry could eat and for us a lesson what you can do when you have allergy's. It is a lot of work and get the information, but you did it Anna. Hooray to Henry and his Mom.

Olympics. at Kim's

A nice evening at Kim's.It was the opening of the Olympics and Kim had us over to celebrate.Lucy and Fred stayed overnight by Kim, I had to go home.Dave and Anna left us with the three kids, what a trust. The kids where great and Henry had a ball.Kim you are something. No wonder I love you.

What a nice way to spend a summer evening. I was invited by Evie and Jim because they where baby sitting.The kids are a joy to be with, but a lot of work and we all know how Anna takes care of Henry, He has to be well taking care otherwise he gets hives. They all play so nice together and are fun to see.

I am living again, thank to some nice people I have now Air condition in my house and I am alive.In the past I loved the sun and the heat, but my body will not take it any more. So I have the doors and windows close, what is strange not to be part of the outdoors any more. But I have a little more energy and that means a lot at my age.Thanks for all your concern every one.

Concert.

The Seneca Soundwaves gave a concert at the College last night. 14 woman what a sound.They put on a hour full show. Free and food on top. How can you miss. They also have a web. www.senecasoundwaves.com They also like new members.

HOT, HOT, HOT.

What is going on with the weather. It is so hot that it even gets me. No more energy and there is so much to do.I sit down and I fall asleep, while I normal never take naps.In the Netherlands they have rain every day and cold. I would not like that either. So I made up my mind I have to do something about the heat. GET COOL AIR.I do not want to end this trip and have not try ed every thing.It is past 7 p.m and I am sitting outside and the temp. is still around 90 degree. When I went to school in the Netherlands as a child,and the temp. was 80, they send us home for the day.You can not concentrate with the heat. I feel I am a different person, not me anymore.So gives us Cool, cool, cool weather

Soccer, or footbal.

Lucy played her first soccer game tonight.She was a little confused at times, but kept on running. It is a lot of memories for me, because I grew up with four brothers and soccer.I still see my Mom hitting the ball. I did tonight a little, and it makes you feel young again. Also stopped with Kim to see Daves house. It is coming and what a view.

Sodus Light House

Evie had a other great concert at the Sodus lighthouse today. The weather was beautiful and the music great.We spent a nice afternoon together.On the way back we stopped for supper and then went to see Jimmy and Julie's home , where they are going to live for the next year.

New York City 4the 2012

Well I am back from my trip to New York.A exciting and a deep feeling trip. The fire works always get me for the 4the. Sitting on top of a big Cruise ship with a lot of people and you get that Unity feeling.It is awesome.The 4the started with a fire alarm in our Hotel,I was on the 3 the floor and was alone. Funny feeling. I walked down the stairs on wonder why does the alarm not stop. Well there was no one left in the hallway, so it was a real alarm. They helped me out the building and the firemen came in. Lucky it was a problem with the boiler.But you learn how help full people are and kind.We also went to the National September 11 Memorial, where 2.983 people died. It is a sad feeling that comes over you. Why? They did a beautiful job with the memorial. So again I made new memories and they will last for ever.
