Minutes turn in to hours,hours in to days, days in to weeks and before you know there goes a other year.My life is some times a dream, faster and faster.I would like to stop it, stay here for a while.Enjoy life a little more.Then I look back and see where the time went. I lived a life, I did my best and my memories I hold on.

Accupuncture.

I saw John my Accupuncture expert again today. I had needles all over my body. Starting with my feet for Neuropathy. He also did my whole back and spine. Then my neck. and hands. I was covered with needles.I think it helps, I hope so. I am willing to do anything to start feeling a little normal again.

Remember two big days.

Yes for me it where two big days. Louise and Richard married 30 years ago on September 4 the, and Evie and Jim married 40 years ago on Sept 9. I love you all and many happy days ahead.

All my family together.

It was fun t to have my whole family together at my place last night, and the kids make it real special. Thanks to Kim, because I could not do it any more. Also with Nick coming in to the family it was special.

A average day.

My day starts when ever I wake.No hurry to get dressed and listen to the news.Today after lunch I went for my exercise, Silver Sneakers.Then with some friends to Mc Donald for coffee and talk. We keep up with every thing. Then when I got home did my billing. Then a big surprise. The piano bench broke in two or three pieces and I was laying on my back on the tiles.I am lucky, but sore. My Dr told me to use my cane, when I fall I might brake bones and that is bad for my age. Well I was sitting and fell. So you never know.
