My day starts when ever I wake.No hurry to get dressed and listen to the news.Today after lunch I went for my exercise, Silver Sneakers.Then with some friends to Mc Donald for coffee and talk. We keep up with every thing. Then when I got home did my billing. Then a big surprise. The piano bench broke in two or three pieces and I was laying on my back on the tiles.I am lucky, but sore. My Dr told me to use my cane, when I fall I might brake bones and that is bad for my age. Well I was sitting and fell. So you never know.
